Alien Invasion Homework Assignment
This was one of our first homework assignments of the quarter so far and our task was to use the shapes tools to create the illusion that UFOS were capturing the tree. Not only did this assignment enhance my understanding of various blending methods in Photoshop, but it also taught me some new skills when drawing the green ray.
In Class Practice
Here we learned how to use different lasso tools to create masks which allowed us to change the color of the sculpture as well as add patterns. In addition to the very obvious changes to the sculpture, I also got to practice my spot-removal skills when removing objects and trash around the sculpture.
